Spring Creek Partners 2008 Proposal

Partner Leadership Team

Partnership leadership team will provide –
            Hats
            Web site listing participating chapters and other information
            Accounting services/tax exempt status
Each participating chapter receives a piece of art to be used as they see fit to help sell Partnerships (chapters are free to add on incentives for themselves)
            The partner program runs from Oct. to Oct.
           

Chapter Representative

Duties -

          Secure the support and approval of your chapter’s board

            Establish the project you’d like your funds directed to

            Develop your own unique marketing plan to sell partnerships

            When you sell a hat:
Make check payable to Spring Creek Partners.
Send check to:
               Dave Fritz

               Montfort, WI  53569

(usually the partners name and address are on the check, please be sure Dave gets that if it’s not on the check)
Upon receipt of the check Dave will send a letter of thanks and acknowledgement to the donor along with a tax statement that can be used for their personal tax preparation as their tax advisor suggests.
You should send the donor a thank you as well. Be sure to include their hat.
Frequent updates and communications with donors are always good as it helps them know their money is being put to good use. Remember these people are your people, treat them well.
Dave will send periodic updates and financial statements. Please don’t share the partner information on the spread sheet since some donors don’t want their personal information given out. Feel free to share the financial information as you see fit – we have complete transparency – everyone knows where the money goes.
